Qualifying AOR products are assembled in the United States, utilize both U.S.-manufactured and foreign-manufactured components, contain domestically sourced U.S. steel where applicable, and include U.S.-manufactured components and U.S. labor representing more than 55% of the total component cost.
Additionally, certain products that do not contain steel also meet BABAA requirements by exceeding the required domestic content threshold.
